These terms apply to purchases through our website. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Products
Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato’s international production network. Production and dispatch locations vary.
Please check the product description, size guide, colour, quantity and any personalisation before ordering.
Screen settings and product photography may affect how colours appear. This does not affect our obligation to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for any purpose required by applicable law.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
The total payable and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Check your order carefully before submitting it.
We will email you confirmation of your order. If we discover an availability, pricing or description problem, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Any cancellation or other action concerning an accepted order remains subject to your legal rights.
If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment due for that item and any related delivery charges required by law.
Prices and promotions
Prices and the checkout currency are displayed when you order. Applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us are shown before payment.
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer. Later price changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping policy explains production, delivery, separate parcels and delivery problems.
Please contact us if an order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect. We remain responsible for meeting our obligations as the seller; using a printing partner or carrier does not remove those obligations.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns & refunds policy explains your cancellation rights, return arrangements and remedies for faulty goods.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges beyond applicable statutory rights.
Printing a standard design after an order is placed does not, by itself, make the item personalised or remove statutory cancellation rights.
Any deadline or restriction displayed in an online return or cancellation tool does not override your mandatory rights. You may contact us directly to exercise those rights.
Personalised orders
If you supply text or images for personalisation, you must have permission to use them and must not submit unlawful material.
We use supplied content as necessary to produce and fulfil your order. Please check spelling and other details carefully. This does not excuse errors made by us or our production partner.
Website content and use
Website content, branding and artwork may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or our licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce its artwork commercially.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for fraud or other unlawful activity.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage for which applicable law makes us liable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not restrict any mandatory protections or rights you have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
